The Little Grosvenor

(1 bedroom, couple or single visitor)

4645-4647 Grosvenor Avenue
Montréal (Québec) Canada

Located on a quiet, tree-lined upscale avenue on the slope of Mount-Royal, minutes away from Upper Westmount's mansions and look-outs, and still close to the bus, the subway and all amenities, in the vicinity of Université de Montréal (École Polytechnique, HEC Montréal) and several of the city's best private colleges and schools ( Marie-de-France, Notre-Dame, Villa-Maria, Marcellines, Brébeuf, École de musique Vincent d’Indy), The Grosvenor and The Little Grosvenor are meant for visitors who demand the best in life.

On Queen Mary or Côte-des-Neiges, a 10-minute walk either way, you will find Gourmet Food Stores, Artisanal Bakeries, Greengroceries, Supermarkets, Drugstores, Hospitals (Saint Mary's Hospital Centre, Jewish General Hospital, Hôpital Sainte-Justine for children), Hairdressers, Cafés, Restaurants and much more.

The  Snowdon metro station on Queen Mary, a 10-minute walk from the house, will take you in less than a half-an-hour almost anywhere you may want to go in Montreal . If you prefer, take 51 bus or 166 bus, just across the street from the Subway, and you will find yourself rapidly at Université de Montréal, in Outremont or Downtown at Guy-Concordia metro station, near the Museum of Fine Arts as well as Concordia University and McGill University. Or better still, take the 66 bus -- less frequent but reliable and predictible, and a 2-minute walk from the house, which will take you to the same location as the 166 bus (Guy-Concordia metro station) in 15 minutes.

And if you plan to drive out of the City, you will be pleased to know that all highways run nearby and will take you easily to the South Shore, to the West Island, to Laval or towards Eastern Québec.
